Currently we have:

SCD10 which provides you with 10% off your entire order.

USFREESHIP which provides you with free domestic shipping on orders over 75$.

FREESHIP which provides you with free international shipping on orders over 100$.

Can you combine orders?
Unfortunately I am unable to combine orders at the moment. 

Can I get a refund/exchange?
Unfortunately we are unable to. 

Items are custom made. Each item is made to your preference of color, size, and even words. Made just for you <3

What is your shipping and processing times?
Processing time is 1-2 weeks.

Package transit time depends and varies upon USPS. This applies for both domestic and international.

Who do I contact if our package tracking isn't updating?
Once I have provided your packages to USPS, it is out of my control. 
I would suggest contacting and providing your tracking number to USPS via:

Can you request simple alterations to current designs?
I do allow requests. This is not to be confused with custom designs.
Simple alterations is removing part of the design in an item, or adding a blank tab. 

Anything more abstract is unfortunately not something we currently offer.
